The report includes aerial satellite and map views of the property with cadastral boundaries. You can add your own comments to most sections to share your professional insight and differentiate yourself. The report is completely customisable - you decide what you want to include or exclude. You can include a price history showing Sold Date and Sold Price. The table also shows For Sale info such as when it went on sale, if the price changed during the sale, and what the asking Rent was if it was put on lease

Include a Market Analysis with key data for the suburb and local area such as Total houses, Number/portion of houses sold, Median house price, Houses sold at auction, Auction clearance rate, Average days on market and Average discounting. Customise to show the data over a different time period if needed.
Add Median Price trend data for the suburb, postcode and LGA to your report using tables and graphs.
Show customers how well your agency performs against the others. You can compare by Days on Market, Number of Properties Sold by Auction or Private Treaty, or Auction Clearance Rate (Agency name hidden in above example).
Show vendors what facilities are close by. Choose the amenities you want to include in the Appraisal according to what's important to the customer.
Add colourful and useful graphs to illustrate the area's demographics. Compare the suburb to the local area. Demographic data includes age, religion, family, education, transport to work, monthly loan repayment, dwelling type and more.
You can save the CMA to work on it later. You can print high quality versions of the full report or just a section of the report.
